Fudge type brownies
Materials
Butter 1/2 cup
Unsweetened 1 ounce squares
Sugar 1 cup
Melted chocolate 2
Vanilla 1 tea.

prepared method
- 1. Soften with butter. Beat in sugar and vanilla. Beat with eggs one at a time. Mix flour and mix with walnuts.
- 2. Bake in the oven at 165°C. (325° F.) Heat.
- 3. A 20 cm. Mr. × 20 cm. Mr. × 2 s. Mr. Grease a baking tray. Pour the yeast into the tray and spread evenly. Bake for 25-30 minutes. Cut into 16 parts.
Carrot cake
Materials
Carrot 1 kg
2 eggs
Sugar 1 cup
Oil 1/2 cup
1/2 teaspoon of salt.
Baking soda 1 tea.
Baking powder 2 tea.
Cinnamon powder 1 tea.
Flour 2 cups
- 1. Grate the carrots finely with a vegetable grinder.
- 2. Sift together the flour, baking powder and baking soda.
- 3. 190°C in the oven. (3500 F) Heat.
- 4. Whisk together sugar and oil in a bowl. Beat in the eggs one by one.
- 5. Mix cinnamon and salt with carrots and mix with beaten oil-sugar-egg. Add the flour two or three times and mix with a light hand.
- 6. 28 c. Mr. × 11 s. Mr. × 7 s. Mr. Bake in a rectangular pan for 1 hour.
Apple cake
Flour 1 1/4 cups
Baking powder 2 tsp
2 eggs
Milk 1/3 cup
Margarine 1/3 cup
2 green apples
Sugar 2 t. spoon
Vanilla powder 2 tsp
Cinnamon powder 1 1/2 tsp
- 1. Mix baking powder with flour.
- 2. Peel the apple and chop it like a large pea. Mix sugar and cinnamon powder and cover.
- 3. 180°C in the oven. (350° F.) Heat.
- 4. Grease a cake pan with margarine and sprinkle a little flour. Invert the bowl and shake off the excess flour.
- 5. Soften the margarine in a bowl. Sprinkle with sugar. Add vanilla powder. When it becomes light, break it with 1 egg. Add the flour and milk two to three times and mix gently. Pour evenly into four corner cake pans or baking trays. Spread apple slices on top.
- 6. Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes.
- 7. Try spreading any colorful fruit jam on top of the apple cake.
Coconut Banana Cake
Materials
Flour 1 cup
2 eggs
Baking powder 3/4 tsp
Milk 1/4 cup
Salt 1/4 tsp
3 bananas
Sugar 1/2 cup
Lemon juice 2 t. spoon
Butter or ghee 1/2 cup
1/2 cup jaggery or brown sugar
Coconut curano 1 cup
- 1. 180°C in the oven. (350° F.) Heat.
- 2. Four corners 20 cm. Mr. × 20 cm. Mr. × 5 s. Mr. Grease a small cake pan and sprinkle some flour. Shake the bowl and level the dough.
- 3. Mix the flour and baking powder together.
- 4. Beat together the salt, sugar and butter. When it becomes light, crack it with eggs one by one.
- 5. Sprinkle half the flour sugar over the butter mixture and mix gently (don't beat). Mix with milk. Mix in the rest of the flour.
- 6. 1 cm around the edges of the cake pan. Mr. Spread the yeast evenly in the middle leaving space.
- 7. Peel the banana and cut it into two pieces lengthwise. Place cut side down on top of cake.
- 8. Mix jaggery, coconut, lemon juice together and spread it over the banana and cover the banana.
- 9. Bake in the oven for 45-55 minutes. Remove from oven and serve hot. Or turn off the oven and keep it in the oven for 30 minutes.
Pineapple cake
Materials
Pineapple 4 pieces
Baking powder 2 tsp
Pineapple juice 1 cup
Salt 1/2 tsp
Butter 2 te. spoon
Jaggery 1/2 cup
Sugar 1/2 cup
Butter 1/3 cup
Flour 1 1/4 cups
1 egg
- 1. 190°C in the oven. (375° F.) Heat.
- 2. Cut the pineapple into round pieces and remove the hard core.
- 3. 2 te. Add spoon of sugar and 1 cup of water. Boil with pineapple for 3-4 minutes. Pick up the pineapple pieces. Measure one cup of this syrup as pineapple juice.
- 4. 20 s. Mr. × 20 cm. Mr. × 2.5 cm. Mr. Melt the butter in a square cake pan.
- 5. Break the jaggery into powder. Mix with butter. Spread 4 pieces of pineapple on the four corners of the pot over the jaggery.
- 6. Mix together the flour, baking powder and salt.
- 7. Beat sugar and butter together and beat with egg. Drizzle with pineapple juice. Mix gently with flour. Pour the yeast over the pineapple in the cake pan and spread evenly.
- 8. 190°C in the oven. Bake for 45 minutes.
- 9. Remove from oven and let cool for 5 minutes. Invert the cake pan into a four-cornered cake pan and take out the cake. Garnish with guava jelly or crimson jam or cherry between each piece of pineapple. Will serve ten.
Fruit cake
Materials
Butter 1 cup
Sugar 1 cup
8 eggs
Baking powder 1 tsp
Flour 2 cups
Raisins 1 cup
Vanilla 1/2 tsp
Jam pieces 1 cup
- 1. 190°C in the oven. (375° F.) Heat. Mix all ingredients like plain cake and mix with raisin marmalade.
- 2. Line the inside of 3 1 pound cake pans. Pour equal amounts of yeast into three containers. Level the yeast in the pot.
- 3. Bake in the oven for 45-60 minutes. Spread the glaze on the hot cake.
Banana Cake
Materials
Sea banana 2 cups
Soybean oil 1 cup
Flour 2 cups
2 eggs
Baking powder 1 tsp
Sugar 1 cup
Baking soda 1 tsp
Vanilla 1 teaspoon
Salt 1 teaspoon
- 1. Mash 4-5 large ripe juicy sea bananas with a fork and measure 2 cups.
- 2. Sift together the flour, baking powder and baking soda. Add salt.
- 3. 190°C in the oven. give heat 28 c. Mr. × 11 s. Mr. × 7 s. Mr. Grease a rectangular pan with a little oil and sprinkle some flour. Shake the pan and apply flour around the pan.
- 4. Whisk together the oil and sugar in a bowl. Beat in eggs one by one. Mix the flour two to three times. Mix the banana and vanilla. Pour into baking pan. Fall evenly all around.
- 5. Bake in hot oven for 1 hour.
