In 2008, the population was 14 crores and the population growth rate was 14.72%. In 2009, the population was between 14 to 14.5 crores and the population growth rate was 16.6%.
In 2010, the population was between 14.5 to 15 crores and the population growth rate was 16.18%. In 2011, the population went up to near 15.5 crores and the population growth rate was 15.21%. In 2012, the population went up to about 16 crores and the population growth rate was 16.41%. In 2013, the population went up to 16 crores and the population growth rate was 18.51%. In 2014, the population went up to 16.5 crores with a population growth rate of 18.91%. Ans. The graph shows the number of people living below the poverty line from 1995 to 2010. In 1995. 35.6% people lived below the poverty line. After 9 years more people went below poverty line. In the year 2004, 45% people lived below poverty line. It was almost 10% more than that of 1995. The race slowed down in the next four years.
In 2008, however, some people came out of poverty. In this year 36.3% people lived below poverty line. After two years in 2010 some more people came out of poverty. In two years from 2008 to 2010 poverty decreased 4.79%. Poverty increased rapidly but decreased slowly. The highest poverty rate was in 2004 and the lowest rate was in 2010 which was 31.51%.

Ans. The graph shows the birth rate from 2005 to 2012. In 2005 the birth rate was 30.01 per thousand people. In 2006 it was 0.21 less than that of 2005. In 2007 and 2008 the rate of birth decreased 0.44 and 0.5 per thousand respectively. However the rate of birth fell down in 2009. It was 24.68 which is 4.18 less than the previous ear.
It is the highest decrease at birth rate throughout the years. 23.43/1000 was the birth rate of 2010. The birth rate continued to decrease in 2011 and 2012. The rate of 20012 was 22.53. From 2005 to 2012 the birth rate only decreased and it never increased. In these 8 years the rate of birth decreased 7.48 per thousand. In 2006 it decreased at the lowest degree which was only 0.21 and at the highest degree in 2009.
