Total Candidates in SSC Examination-2013

Ans. The graph shows total candidates is SSC Examination-2013. In 2013 both male and female students took part in the examination from science, humanities and business studies groups. Among these groups most of the students are of Business studies group and their total number is 150488. 95306 candidates from Humanitles group and another 71492 candidates from science group attended the examination. 

In science and Business Studies Group Male students were more in number than that of female ones. However, the scene is opposite in term of Humanities group. The total number of male candidate is 158135 and female is 159131. It means that in science and Business Studies groups male candidates are more interested than female ones. On the other hand, female candidates far outnumber the male ones in Humanities group.

Ans. The graph shows Kanak's obtained marks in five specific subjects Bangla, English, Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry. Among those five subjects, Kanak has got the highest marks in Mathematics (95). In English, he has got 90 marks which is the second highest of the subjects mentioned in the graph. Kanak has obtained 79 marks in Physics and 78 marks in Chemistry. 

In Bangla, he has got the lowest - only 60 marks. If we calculate his GPA, we will find that Kanak has achieved 5 grade points in English and Mathematics, 4 grade points in Physics and Chemistry, and 3.5 grade points in Bangla. So, his total grade points are 21.5(5+5+4+4+3.5) and his GPA is 4.3(21.5/5).

The graph shows that Kanak is good at Mathematics and English. But he is weak in Bangla and it has reduced his GPA to a great extent.
