Ans. The graph shows the number of people living below the poverty line from 1995 to 2010. In 1995, 35% people lived below the poverty line. After 8 years more people went below poverty line. In the year 2003, 45% people lived below poverty line. It was 10% more than that of 1995. The race slowed down in the next four years. In 2007, however. some people came out of poverty. 

In this year 30% people lived below poverty line. After three years in 2010 some more people came out of poverty. In three years from 2007 to 2010 poverty decreased 2%. Poverty increased rapidly but decreased slowly. The highest poverty rate was in 2003 and the lowest rate was in 2010 which was 28%.

Ans. The pie-chart provides information on how a family's household income is distributed into different categories. The chart shows that the family spends considerable amount of money in each and every purpose. The family spends 25% for food which is the prime need for human being. 13% is spent for clothes. For educational purpose of the children. 

22% is spent and it is second highest of the costing. For power 5% is spent and transport takes 12%. After all, he has savings and it is 15%. To conclude, it can be said that the family spends the highest percentage for food and nearly the same for education. The lowest amount is spent for power.
